We're looking for part-time crew members to help us keep the fun going at Laser Quest Tunbridge Wells. It's a varied role where you'll get to try your hand at everything -- from marshalling games in the arena to hosting birthday parties, taking bookings, and keeping the place looking its best. As you settle in, you'll find which parts of the job you enjoy most, and you'll get plenty of opportunities to do more of those.

Primarily a weekend job.

What the job involves:

Setting up and checking equipment before games. Delivering excellent customer service. Briefing players and making sure everyone knows the safety rules. Marshalling sessions and keeping games fair and safe. Giving out scorecards and using our system to set up games. Hosting parties, serving food and drinks, and keeping things on time. Playing party games! Interacting with customers. Creating memorable experiences. Taking bookings and answering questions in person or on the phone. General cleaning to keep the venue looking its best. Helping with basic kit problems.

What we're looking for:

Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults. Someone reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and school holidays. Confidence to take charge of groups and keep things fun but safe. Team players who aren't afraid to muck in when needed. Someone who cares about creating memorable experiences. A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Great communication skills and the ability to engage with children and parents. Strong organisational skills to manage party schedules efficiently. A team player who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with children (e.g., coaching, childcare, entertainment) is a bonus but not essential. Availability on weekends and school holidays is a must.
