Duties

Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards. Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of both staff and customers. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is advantageous but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is preferred. A passion for the culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
