Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling Tacos, Burgers, Pizza, and Gourmet Dogs according to established recipes
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and workstations
- Uphold food safety standards and practices at all times
- Support the team in ensuring efficient service and timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive customer experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is beneficial
- Basic understanding of math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and handling
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent customer service
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food safety guidelines is advantageous
