Job Description
We are looking for Full-time Back of House Crew members to come join our team at Pablo Eggsgobao, Sunderland.
The successful candidates will need to have at least 3 months experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment and be able to show that they have a base knowledge and understanding working in professional kitchens. It is required that each applicant has a strong work ethic and is able to communicate clearly and function within a large kitchen team.
The Catering Manager for the company is looking for applicants keen to make progression in their career and, if successful, within the company.
Main job responsibilities will include:
Complete multiple food prep tasks throughout the day. Ensure that the kitchen standards are maintained at all times. Work fast and efficiently on each section. Ensure that cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. Comply with health and safety regulations. Communicate and work well with other team members. Produce food products that are of the highest standard and ensure that consistency is kept throughout. Maintain positive attitude.
2-3 shifts a week, 18-24 hours
