Front of House (FOH) Team Member
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, service counters, and restrooms, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
Uphold brand standards by presenting food, drinks, and the restaurant space in line with Wings'N More's guidelines.
Support promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and weekends, adapting to business needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
Stay composed and efficient while working under pressure during peak trading hours.

Back of House (BOH) - Kitchen Team Member
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items according to Wings'N More recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements.
Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, complying with
Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)
and all regulatory requirements.
Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked, following cleaning schedules and checklists.
Support efficient stock rotation, storage, and wastage control.
Work flexibly under pressure, especially during peak service times, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and professional working culture, supporting colleagues where needed.
Key Skills & Qualities:
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and FSMS compliance.
Ability to perform consistently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
