Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with company standards and health and safety regulations Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with food safety procedures, including proper handling and storage of ingredients Manage basic maths tasks such as cash handling, order totals, and change provision Support kitchen operations by cleaning utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout shifts Manage time effectively to handle high-volume periods without compromising service quality

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is beneficial Familiarity with serving procedures and customer interaction enhances performance in this role Basic maths skills are essential for accurate cash handling and order processing Experience with kitchen tasks or culinary activities is an advantage but not required Strong time management skills are necessary to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
