The Role
Erskine Stewart's Melville are currently recruiting for a Cricket Coordinator to join the Schools from the 17 August 2026 (subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks). The role is a full-time, permanent position working 36.25 hours and offering a salary of 35,800 per annum.
The Cricket Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing all fixtures, matches and tournaments for students and school teams of all ages and abilities, they will manage all resources and equipment to implement and deliver a successful extra-curricular Cricket program at ESM. The role is also responsible for supporting and collaborating with other sports coordinators to assist with activities during the Winter and Spring teams.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the planning, development and delivery of an engaging sports program and training and coaching sessions. They will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to confidently deliver feedback to students, teams and colleagues. The successful candidate should possess a passion for Cricket and a willingness to be involved in other sports to increase the breadth of provision across the Schools.
