Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues, including contracts, property law, family law, and litigation.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and relevant case law to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Proven experience in a relevant area of law is preferred.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
