An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Secretary to join our team within the TACC care group.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and be able to communicate at all levels to patients and clinical staff in a professional and compassionate manner.
The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality secretarial and administrative service tailored to meet the requirements of the service, designated consultants, trainee doctors and other clinical nursing staff.
Main duties of the job
The Critical Care Secretary is responsible for the development and delivery of a high quality secretarial and administrative service tailored to meet the requirements of the service, designated consultants, trainee doctors and other clinical nursing staff.
You will be a point of contact and continuity for the Critical Care staff and assist them with the management of their workload.
The post-holder must have well developed interpersonal skills, be experienced in managing a workload and possess a high standard of computer literacy.
