What your job will be

The Data and Analytics team are playing an important role in Wealthify's growth ambitions as it moves from start-up to scale-up.

We want to transform the way we communicate with our customers. To gain deeper understanding of their relationship and to improve their digital journeys. To use insight and analytics to help design new products and propositions that support our customers and help them to grow their wealth. To provide intelligence to the business that enables them to make the right strategic decisions to drive business performance and improve customer experience.

In your role as CRM Analyst you'll

Support our CRM team in delivering campaign selections to help ensure customers receive a great service and to help us convert more prospects, cross-sell and better retain our customers utilise our models, customer segmentations and timely triggers to help ensure that our targeting is on point measure the incremental impact of our customer communications. help to deliver programmes of test and learn across customer communications and help set up to be measurable take technical information and translate effectively into comprehensive, relevant and useful presentation/communication

2+ years working in a CRM analyst role or similar, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment and/or within Financial Services. Evidence of having delivered customer campaign selections and applying appropriate controls to ensure accuracy Evidence of having applied data science modelling techniques to improve targeting. Experience in the following or similar: SQL and Python programming languages Multichannel communications platforms like Optimove, Pega and Adobe Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Big Query - not essential but useful Power BI (or similar) Working in Public Cloud environment, preferably Azure. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; the ability to consult and provide insights and recommendation to senior stakeholders. Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative. We're a small team so you should be comfortable with taking on tasks that don't directly align with campaign activity, such as support for operational processes.
