Karen Millen & Nasty Gal are looking for a passionate and talented CRM Assistant, to support the CRM Manager and wider Digital Marketing Team. Responsibilities will include managing and executing Email Marketing Campaigns and Triggers, developing personalisation, maxisiming sales and customer engagement as well as Email and Push innovation. You will be a highly motivated individual, with a key focus on Retention Marketing.

On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Support the CRM Manager in the day-to-day planning and execution of our global Email and Push communications
  • Work with CRM Manager and CRM Executive to manage the optimisation of our Emails; including A/B Test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Work with our in house Creative Team to ensure that all Email activities are in keeping with our brand values and guidelines, whilst keeping Email best practice
  • Keep abreast of market, consumer trends and competition (particularly in the Fashion space)
Reporting:
  • Report and analyse Email Campaigns results, drive insights and recommendations and communicate it clearly to the wider team
  • Work towards a stronger customer retention in all campaign\'s initiatives.
  • Think of innovative ways to target, retain, and increase the value of customers
  • On-going testing of campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation
Tech Development:
  • Develop & implement new Automated Programs with the help and support of the CRM team
  • Integrate responsive design within Emails and think mobile first
  • Define opportunities to improve customer experience through Emails communication
  • Coordinate Email and CRM projects to support the wider business strategy
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in a timely manner
