We have an opportunity to join our Head Office CRM Team at Northminster Business Park, York as a CRM Assistant.
This is a full-time, permanent role for 39.5 hours over 5 days per week.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer marketing activity. You'll help to segment our customer base, create targeted email marketing campaigns, and analyse performance to ensure that the right customers receive the right communications at the right time.
The CRM Assistant will work closely with the CRM team and wider Ecommerce and Marketing departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Support the CRM team to produce engaging and targeted email marketing campaigns using Dotdigital and Fresh Relevance
Support delivery of A/B testing roadmap to improve subscriber engagement
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on KPIs (retention rate, click rate, conversion, unsubscribe rate etc), making data-driven recommendations for enhancement
Assist in maintaining customer data integrity, ensuring GDPR compliance
Work with Creative and Product teams to ensure campaigns are brand-consistent and commercially relevant
Here's what we're looking for in a CRM Assistant:
Experience or qualification in marketing or related field
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working proactively and managing multiple priorities
Understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Experience using a CRM, CDP, or ESP (e.g. Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Braze or similar) is a bonus
Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting software is a bonus

The Pavers story began in York in 1971 when Catherine Paver took out a 200 bank loan (for a sofa she told them) to fund her new business. She had big dreams of changing the world of footwear and a passion to provide comfortable and stylish shoes for all.
Starting small, she sold shoes at village halls and homeware parties before opening the first Pavers shop in Scarborough in 1981, when Catherine's three sons joined the business. One of her sons, Stuart, ran the business as Managing Director for over 40 years, joined by his son Jason in 2016. As of September 2023, Jason Paver is now the Managing Director of Pavers Ltd, with Stuart Paver moving to Chairman, taking the company into the 3rd generation of family run leadership.
From these modest beginnings, Pavers Shoes has grown to be a UK leader in today's footwear industry, with over 180 stores nationwide encompassing our more recently acquired brands including Jones Bootmaker, Herring Shoes, Padders & Van Dal.
