CRM Campaign Manager

Were looking for a visionary CRM Campaign Manager with the drive to lead our digital connections. Youll be the voice of Yeo across our digital channels, and Bloomreach-powered CRM making every interaction feel personal, purposeful, and unmistakably Yeo.


So, what will I be doing?




Youll lead the CRM strategy and execution of campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion to Yeokens our award-winning loyalty scheme. Youll champion data and insights to help us deepen relationships with our 1.5 million+ Yeokeners. Youll collaborate with our creative teams to deliver content thats fresh, fun, and full of flavour. As well as managing digital partners to evolve our digital experience to be smarter, more personal, and always a step ahead of the herd.

Hours:

This is a 40 hours a week position, based at our Head Office in the village of Blagdon.


Salary:

Up to 50,000 dependant on experience.

Sounds interesting, what do I need?



4+ years experience in CRM and digital strategy. Hands-on experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platforms. A can-do attitude and a natural flair for writing and storytelling. Strong project management skills and a love for solving problems. A passion for sustainability and organic living.
