Role Overview:



Central Services ensures the company operates smoothly and assists in working towards Enables strategic direction. Supporting the various services that make up Enable, Central Services consists of small and high output teams including Human Resources, Marcomms, Operations and Finance. Together, these teams make up the foundation of our business, driving our mission and fostering growth and development.



Enable is a growing organisation that has prioritised data as an essential area of business. The recent introduction of HubSpot is central to this data driven strategy. We are looking for a motivated individual with technical know-how of CRM systems to facilitate in the roll-out and maintenance of this new system. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver that is also comfortable working closely with staff across our services to achieve a consistent accuracy of data across our systems.



Reporting to the Data and Systems Project Manager, the CRM Coordinator will be responsible for day to day administrative activities on the new HubSpot CRM system. This person will have proven experience using HubSpot, specifically with importing and managing data in the CRM. They will be required to work independently with large volumes of data, and to quickly familiarise themselves with secondary databases to ensure CRM accuracy.



Main Duties/Responsibilities:



Exporting data from secondary databases Cleaning exported data in Excel and formatting accordingly Importing data into HubSpot and resolving duplicates and errors - ultimately taking responsibility for the consistency of data within HubSpot Working closely with the Data & Systems Project Coordinator to ensure systems are functioning, this will involve monitoring workflows for failures and completing system tickets relating to staff issues Creating CRM training materials and system documentation Quickly learning the features of secondary systems, and how this data is mapped to our HubSpot CRM Developing close working relationships with staff across our services who manage secondary databases Creating occasional reports in Excel and/or HubSpot to report on data cleanliness issues Learning new CRM features and identifying areas of improvement across our CRM - HubSpot is an ever developing tool and it requires constant work to keep our instance of it aligned with its vast applications Any other duties the Head of Growth and Branding requires for the business

Skills and Experience:



Two years of experience carrying out administrative tasks on HubSpot (or a similar CRM) Advanced Excel data cleaning experience An understanding of HubSpot data structures, the data model, objects, associations and property types Ability to quickly familiarise themselves with various secondary databases and online systems Eagerness to work with colleagues to improve existing processes and roll-out new ones Experience across Microsoft Office suite of tools other than Excel, including PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Word, and Visio Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively Super-user experience on HubSpot or a similar CRM (administrator level) Data migration experience Technical certificate, or degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems Microsoft Excel certificates Experience using Power BI Marketing/digital marketing experience
