CRM / Email Marketing Manager

Working Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30 - 16:30

Salary: 45,000

Job Overview

Due to the genuine growth of the marketing team at Supreme, an exciting new role is available for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised marketing automation specialist.

You'll help evolve current automation processes and identify new opportunities and areas for improvement - whether for new lead acquisition or client retention.

You'll join a supportive marketing team in Trafford Park, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support marketing team members with strategic expertise, setting up and monitoring email campaigns and automations Build, manage & optimise nurture journeys for all key prospect and customer journeys and trigger points Monitor overall Email Marketing performance and health Provide monthly reporting on email journeys against targets Create and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to identify the best performing setups and segmentations. Look to drive engagement and increase sales. Hep to improve customer communication via email and increase overall client retention. Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and highly segmented, whilst helping ensure we remain compliant. Work with the ecommerce director reach channel growth targets
What you bring to the Team

Advanced proficiency with automation including Klaviyo E-Commerce experience and knowledge Experience in lead scoring and using last touch as well as multi touch attribution to improve lead pipeline & engagement Experience in setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and other platforms Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks. Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology Analytical and detail orientated Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines
