CRM Executive role on a 12-month FTC, at this growing tech driven law firm, London based, hybrid working.
This growing UK law firm, with a strong commercial and entrepreneurial culture, are looking for a CRM Executive with InterAction experience on a 12-month FTC. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology and Business Development, to support data-driven growth and contribute to product-related initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the DCM inbox and ensure accuracy of data
- Run searches to segment contacts and update InterAction lists
- Track performance and generate reports using Power Bi
- Provide ad hoc training to internal stakeholders in the business
