CRM Executive

We're looking for a

self-starter, commercially minded CRM Executive

to join our dynamic team and make an immediate impact across both the

MoneySuperMarket

and

Quidco

brands. You'll be the driving force behind our commercial CRM campaigns, working closely with our account manager to craft compelling CRM campaigns that grow revenue and build lasting customer relationships.


How you'll spend your day



Campaign Execution

: Own the CRM campaign calendar and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns--including email, push notifications, onsite/app messaging, and SMS--to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.

Collaborate with Commercial Teams

: Work closely with commercial teams to ensure our CRM activities reflect the best deals and offers in the market.

Performance Analysis

: Analyse campaign performance to uncover customer insights that inform personalised messaging, audience segmentation, and the continuous optimisation of CRM strategies for improved engagement and results.

Think Independently & Act Fast

: Be proactive and agile in identifying trending topics, industry changes, or customer needs that can drive new campaigns and communication strategies.

Innovate & Experiment

: Constantly test new ideas, channels, and content to find new ways to engage our customers, maximise customer lifetime value, and minimise churn.

Cross-Brand Management

: Balance the unique needs and tones of MoneySuperMarket and Quidco, ensuring consistency while maintaining each brand's distinct identity.

Interview process



Screening call

(30 mins): With internal recruiter


Stage 1

- 30-minute Teams interview with the hiring manager to explore your experience and skills in more depth


Stage 2

- 60-minute interview including a short task and covering both competency and behavioural based questions.
