The LOVALL family is growing! We're looking for a talented CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer lifecycle, helping us build stronger, more personalised connections with our community.
This is a pivotal role where you'll manage and optimise CRM channels, build customer segments, and bring our newly launched loyalty platform to life. You'll be hands-on in delivering data-driven campaigns and journeys that drive measurable impact on engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
We're on the lookout for someone ambitious, analytical and commercially aware - with a passion for customer journeys, personalisation, and best-in-class lifecycle marketing.
What you will do at LOVALL
Develop and execute CRM communications (email, SMS, push) that drive engagement and commercial performance
Build, test, segment, and schedule campaigns with flawless execution and QA
Design and optimise automated flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and win-back journeys
Manage and grow our customer loyalty platform, creating strategies to maximise retention and reward advocacy
Use customer insights and data analysis to build and refine segmentation strategies, tailoring communications for maximum impact
Track and understand customer behaviour across the lifecycle to improve personalisation and LTV
Identify testing opportunities (A/B, multivariate) and implement learnings into campaign and lifecycle planning
Collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, and E-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives
Monitor and report on CRM KPIs, feeding back performance and actionable insights
Stay up to date on CRM trends, tools, and opportunities - helping LOVALL stay ahead of the curve
We would love it if you have:
2+ years' experience in CRM marketing
Experience with Bloomreach (or similar CRM platforms) - bonus points if you've worked with advanced segmentation and personalisation tools
A passion for customer experience, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing
Strong analytical skills - confident using Excel or similar tools for performance and segmentation analysis
High attention to detail, with strong campaign QA skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to test, learn and grow
