About the Role

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, you'll lead strategic CRM initiatives that drive customer lifetime value, loyalty and multi-channel engagement across our pet care ecosystem. This isn't just about running campaigns -- we're looking for someone who can think big, test smart and deliver meaningful insights that elevate the customer experience.


This role offers hybrid working (two office days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).

What you'll be doing:

Designing and activating targeted CRM strategies for our Pets Club members Leading test-and-learn programmes to optimise communications and offers Collaborating across commercial teams to align priorities and drive results Championing personalisation and next-best-action journeys Managing CRM Execs and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in CRM strategy and customer activation Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making Experience with personalisation and segmentation techniques Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritise effectively A customer-first thinker who understands the power of empathy
