What you'll do day to day
Extract, analyse, and manage data uploads for marketing campaigns.
Provide insights into lead and enquiry management, working with site teams to improve conversion.
Support retailers with reputation management, identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
Ensure CRM database hygiene, auditing for accuracy and quality improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to develop customer journey programmes and retention strategies.
Helpful skills and qualifications

if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience using Keyloop Drive DMS and Dealerweb LMS (desirable, not essential).
+ Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and data handling best practice.
+ Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
