As we scale, we're looking for a CRM Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor to help us build, optimise, and personalise our customer communications.

Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own and evolve our customer relationship strategy using

HubSpot

. You will design and deploy impactful email and SMS campaigns, conduct customer surveys, analyse behavioural data, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement across every stage of the Smile White customer journey.

You'll be instrumental in driving retention, reactivation, and advocacy, ensuring that each communication adds value and supports our mission of delivering a premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities



Email & SMS Campaigns:

Design and build email and SMS campaigns end-to-end using HubSpot. Execute segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimisation. Write and/or edit clear, customer-centric copy and calls-to-action.

CRM Strategy:

Develop and refine customer journey strategies aligned with our marketing and business objectives. Define key touchpoints for proactive communication and re-engagement. Champion CRM best practices across the business.

Customer Surveys & Feedback:

Design and deploy surveys to capture Voice of the Customer data. Collate and present actionable insights to internal teams.

Data & Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.). Use behavioural and transactional data to enhance targeting and personalisation. Deliver monthly performance dashboards and recommendations.

HubSpot Ownership:

Manage and optimise our CRM infrastructure within HubSpot. Ensure CRM workflows, automations, and databases are clean, accurate, and effective. Liaise with internal teams to ensure CRM is fully integrated into marketing, sales, and service processes.

About You



3+ years in a CRM-focused role, ideally within consumer-facing sectors (healthcare, e-commerce, or wellness industries a plus). Proven experience with

HubSpot

- from email building and automations to segmentation and reporting. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing- and how to drive engagement at each stage. Comfortable designing and executing campaigns yourself - from layout to copy to testing. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams. A passion for creating meaningful, measurable, and value-driven customer experiences.
