Role Overview
We're hiring a
CRM Manager
, but this is not your typical CRM role. You will not be inheriting a platform. You will be
choosing it, implementing it, and shaping how we use CRM across the business
from the ground up.
This is an initial
6-month contract
, reporting into our
Head of Marketing
and working closely with our other key stakeholders across the creative, commercial, operational and engineering areas of the business.
We're looking for someone experienced, strategic, and practical - someone who can balance long-term thinking with hands-on delivery.
You will be our go-to person for:
Selecting the right CRM platform
Leading implementation from onboarding to go-live
Designing and building marketing and lifecycle automations
Defining how we use CRM across multiple brands
Key Responsibilities
CRM Selection and Onboarding
Help evaluate and select the best CRM solution for our needs
Lead the onboarding process, manage timelines, and liaise with vendor support
Automation Setup
Build out automation journeys (e.g. welcome flows, re-engagement, post-sale comms)
Set up tagging, triggers, and logic for cross-brand campaign delivery
Data and Integration
Support integration with internal tools and existing customer data
Define segmentation strategies that reflect our multi-brand setup
Collaboration
Work closely with teams across marketing, design, tech and operations
Act as our CRM lead and help internal teams build future capability
Governance and Best Practice
Ensure GDPR compliance and good data hygiene
Create clear documentation and processes for sustainability
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading CRM implementation or migrations
Platform knowledge - e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo, Salesforce or similar
Strong automation skills - able to build, test and optimise journeys
Solid grasp of data - segmentation, integrations, reporting
Confident communicator - able to work across teams and explain CRM logic clearly
Independent and proactive - comfortable taking ownership
Collaborative and easy to work with - fits well into a low-ego, high-output culture
