Are you a results-driven marketer who loves turning data into growth? We're looking for a CRM Manager to supercharge our email channel and make it a powerhouse for performance.

This role is all about results. You'll focus on performance, not just presentation, driving campaigns that deliver measurable growth.

What you will be doing:

Growing a profitable email channel through smart segmentation and automation Driving cross-sell and upsell strategies that boost revenue Running A/B tests and digging into metrics to improve KPIs Building workflows that nurture leads and convert prospects Reporting on performance and spotting opportunities for growth

What we are looking for:

Proven CRM and email marketing experience with a focus on performance Comfortable with data and mid-level Excel skills (pivot tables are your friend) Analytical mindset - you care about what campaigns deliver, not just how they look Knowledge of marketing automation tools and GDPR compliance
