We're looking for a CRM specialist to play a key role in the planning and implementation of email and SMS marketing campaigns. You'll support the conversion of prospects and pre-applicants through the student journey, ensuring communications are relevant and personalised. This is an exciting time to join the team as we implement a new CRM with increased opportunities for automation, tailored communications and propensity scoring.
You'll make an impact by:
Producing engaging content that resonates with prospective students and guardians, influencing decisions and driving actions.
Collaborating with colleagues across marketing and student recruitment teams to develop timely and relevant communication campaigns.
Designing on-brand touchpoints spanning the recruitment cycle from lead generation to onboarding and enrolment.
Utilising your CRM knowledge and experience to tailor customer journeys based on relational triggers.
What you'll bring:
It's essential you have a thorough understanding of CRM systems with proven experience in customer acquisition, segmentation, journey building and analysis. You'll be proficient in designing forms and email templates, as well as building impactful campaigns. With excellent analytical skills and a data mindset, you'll have the ability to measure success, solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role you'll also need creativity, copywriting skills and an eye for detail. You'll have a good understanding of data protection legislation including GDPR. A positive and collaborative approach is essential with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
