We are recruiting for a dynamic and results-oriented CRM and Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our customer relationship management and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence, managing our marketing campaigns, and leveraging data to optimise performance
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and increase sales/profits
Manage and maintain our CRM platform and work with our Sales and Digital teams to drive performance
Own our customer-facing Marketing campaigns to support our promotional activity and new product launches
Work with our Finance team to improve our customer segmentation to deliver personalised and targeted Marketing and CRM activity
Track, analyse, and report on KPIs related to our Marketing and CRM initiatives, to continually drive improvement in these areas
Train and support our colleagues to use our CRM platform effectively
Key Skills:
Ability to analyse customer insights to continually improve our strategy
3+ years experience with HubSpot administration (required)
Understanding of how to deliver effective Marketing campaigns
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Project Management Experience (preferred)
