If you are both a creative and technically minded marketing professional, then this may be the role for you. The University of Bradford\'s marketing department are recruiting for a CRM Officer to join a team of inventive and collaborative individuals who plan, develop, and deliver email and calling campaigns.

In this varied role, you will help potential students work through each stage of their journey - from enquiry to enrolment - thanks to your flair for persuasive copywriting and understanding of database management.

We are looking for people with experience in using CRM systems (.e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Azorus) and/or email marketing. It would be ideal if you have had education sector experience, but this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate an ability to adapt your communications to different audiences at different stages of a customer journey.

You should be a confident communicator with the skills to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and be able to meet their needs. You will have a track record of using data to make decisions, with the ability to spot trends and opportunities for future communications and CRM initiatives.

The successful candidate will join the CRM, Content and Rich Media team within the Advertising, Marketing & Student Insight function, but will be regularly collaborating with colleagues across the marketing department and the wider university

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and delivery of a CRM plan for prospective students - working with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver activities.
  • Email creation - copywriting, design and sourcing content.
  • CRM Campaign creation and management - incorporating email, SMS and telephone channels.
  • Use of MI and data analysis to support decision-making and develop strategic CRM activity.
