What you will do:

Coordinate CRM campaigns from a project perspective, making sure everything runs smoothly Keep everyone aligned across CRM, Marketing, and CS teams Spot issues before they become problems and raise the flag when needed Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift -- and that's part of the fun Be the go-to person for campaign progress, blockers, and cross-team collaboration

Who you are:

Exceptionally organised and great at multitasking Pragmatic, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused A natural problem-spotter -- you see bottlenecks coming before anyone else does A team player who enjoys helping others succeed Down-to-earth, likeable, and someone people want to work with Bonus points if you've used JIRA, have project management qualifications, experience in CS, or a genuine interest in the gambling/gaming industry (even better if you've played a few spins yourself)
