About this Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technology orientated graduate to support our Project Management team with the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
What youll do

• Supporting the team with the delivery of digital/CRM projects from end to end (including requirement gathering, planning, objective setting, resource allocation), working with the wider cross-functional internal teams.
• Liaising closely with other employees in the project team as well as technical colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Work with internal/external technical/business representatives and stakeholders at any level to translate needs into feasible deliverables.
• Advocate for a seamless, efficient end-user experience across touchpoints.
• Work with end user support teams to define and implement timely delivery and quality of standards to meet our Service Level Agreements.

What makes you a good fit

• A Graduate (before September 2026 or no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Management, Data Analysis, Marketing, or a related field.
• Project Management skills.
• Some skills and knowledge across relevant key areas such as Business Process Analysis, Project Management Methodology/ies, documentation, etc.
• Ability to tackle a few different projects at the same time as well as identify, analyse and communicate issues where they arise.
• Supporting teams to develop user adoption strategies and helping to develop training initiatives for CRM platforms and features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
