Role Overview



This role involves managing and optimising Salesforce and other core business systems across Indevor Group. The

CRM & Systems Optimisation Analyst

is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, security, and scalability of our CRM and related platforms, while providing technical support and training to staff. The role also includes analysing business processes, delivering data-driven insights, supporting projects, and implementing system improvements to enhance efficiency, user adoption, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:



Salesforce Administration & Optimisation:

Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator, managing user roles, permissions, and data integrity. Configure workflows, automation, validation rules, integrations, and customisations to improve system efficiency and usability.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Translate business needs into functional specifications and recommend enhancements to CRM and related systems.

Systems Management & Optimisation:

Oversee the suitability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and other IT systems. Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and procurement of business software, ensuring value for money and readiness for growth.

Project Management & Delivery:

Support planning, execution, and delivery of CRM and systems-related projects. Provide structured follow-ups, updates, and testing to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Security & Compliance:

Configure systems with appropriate access controls, maintaining a minimum-access policy. Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data security protocols, and maintain strong data governance standards.

Technical Support & Training:

Provide remote and on-site support for CRM and system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Deliver user training, documentation, and guidance to drive adoption and effective use of platforms.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making. Analyse trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

System Implementation & Change Management:

Assist in the deployment, migration, and integration of business systems, including Salesforce. Support testing, training, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions.

Strategic Contribution:

Contribute to IT and CRM strategy discussions, ensuring systems and processes align with long-term business objectives. Recommend innovations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
