Almond Financial Ltd is seeking a CRM & Technology Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of our CRM systems. This role is crucial in enhancing our customer engagement and ensuring seamless integration of our CRM with other business systems.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Understand business requirements and translate them into data structures and user stories.
Document analysis using ER models and flow diagrams.
Implement data structures into the new CRM system.
Enhance CRM forms and views, including Canvas.
Implement user stories using custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and other dynamic facilities.
Manage external interactions via email, SMS, WhatsApp to set up customer message marketing.
Develop system test specifications and conduct automated testing of CRM applications and interfaces.
Generate reports, charts, and analytics dashboards.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Manage own workload efficiently.
Long term AI integration capability.

Qualifications and Experience:
Substantial experience and interest in CRM systems.
Experience preferred with Zoho One.
Proficiency in using CRM/ESP platforms; SMS, and telephony.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to balance multiple projects and manage workload effectively.
Experience with system integration projects and APIs.
