CRO & Experimentation Manager

Your role with us:

This role is responsible for driving ongoing website performance improvement through a structured Conversion Rate Optimisation and experimentation programme. You will own the design, execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across theroyalmint.com. Working closely with UX, analytics and development teams you will enhance the customer journey and deliver measurable commercial value.

We are looking for people who have:

Significant experience in CRO, digital product optimisation or web experimentation. Experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies. Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to assist in QA or test implementation. Strong skills in communicating insights and documenting test outcomes clearly and effectively. Experience in ecommerce or high value transactional websites.
