Cruise Product Manager

Job description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Cruise Product Manager to join our expanding holiday team. We require a candidate that has been selling cruises for at least 5 years to head up the cruise division and bring product knowledge about different types of cruising to our colleagues and customers.

The successful candidate must have a background in travel with at least 5 years experience, and have travelled on cruise ships.

This is an all-encompassing role in which you will manage sales, customer interaction, administration and participate with the marketing team to raise social media / website awareness about cruise products. The job is on a permanent basis and with opportunities for bonuses and commission based on performance. Ideally the candidate must be passionate about selling cruises.

Role of Cruise Product Manager :

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and internet enquiries Selling all cruise holidays across all cruise lines Constructing Tailormade cruise packages Offering recommendations to customers Achieving sales targets Regular ship assessments and fam trips Generating Marketing ideas to push out cruises to existing customers. Working with marketing team to present latest cruise deals onto newsletter and websites.

Requirements

:

Proven experience in cruise product management. Strong negotiation and commercial skills. Excellent understanding of the cruise market. Manage complex cruise products across multiple markets. Work with international teams to optimise cruise offerings. Drive innovation and customer satisfaction. Experience in the tourism industry. Strong product management and analytical skills. Fluent English; other languages a plus.
Generous Bonus commission structure is also applicable .
