We're looking to expand our team with an office-based Tour Co-Ordinator, responsible for managing manifests, booking land arrangements, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring tours operate seamlessly. Previous experience within travel or touring is preferred, though full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities for the Tour Co-Ordinator



Prepare, run and maintain accurate tour manifests, ensuring all passenger and operational details are correct

Liaise with suppliers and partners to confirm services, resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships

Coordinate and book all land arrangements, including hotels, transfers and excursions, ensuring availability and accuracy

Ensure tours run smoothly by managing schedules and operational logistics, with careful consideration of timings, dates and customer experience

Manage day-to-day communication by responding to internal and external emails promptly and professionally

Track and manage tour budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and recorded accurately

Required Skills and Experience



Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate manifests, bookings and documentation

Strong time-management skills, with the ability to plan workloads effectively in a busy environment

Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Able to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks quickly when plans change or urgent requests come in

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence in liaising with suppliers and external partners

Able to work to deadlines and maintain a calm, organised approach under pressure

Previous knowledge or experience within travel, touring or a tour operator environment
