The ideal candidate has experience in blockchain development, smart contracts, Web3 technologies, or crypto startups. Your role will involve helping to design, build, and launch the token, platform features, and long-term technical roadmap.

This is an early-stage startup role, offering

Duties

Lead the technical development of the project's cryptocurrency and blockchain infrastructure. Design and build smart contracts (token creation, utilities, staking, governance, etc.). Develop and maintain Web3 features, APIs, and backend systems. Work closely with the founder to shape the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy. Research and select the best blockchain network (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, etc.) for deployment. Set up wallet integration, transactions, and secure storage systems. Build prototypes, MVPs, and testing environments to validate ideas. Ensure platform security, including smart contract testing, debugging, and optimization. Collaborate on tokenomics, utilities, and real-world applications in transportation. Lead or supervise additional developers as the team grows. Create technical documentation for the project's systems and architecture. Stay updated with Web3 trends, security standards, and new technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in blockchain development or Web3 engineering. Strong knowledge of Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages. Experience creating or deploying smart contracts (ERC-20, BEP-20, utility tokens, etc.). Understanding of blockchain networks, consensus mechanisms, and token standards. Ability to build or integrate Web3 wallets, APIs, and decentralized features. Familiarity with crypto security practices, contract auditing, and vulnerability prevention. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain innovation, and startup environments. Willingness to join as a co-founder/partner (equity-based compensation). Good communication skills and ability to collaborate on a product roadmap. Optional: Experience with transportation, mobility, or fintech projects is a plus.
