Job Description

Role summary:

We're seeking a Senior CS&A Engineer to play a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure within a highly regulated environment. This is a key position in a multi-disciplinary team, supporting large-scale asset upgrade and construction projects critical to national operations.

What you will be doing:

Lead the design and assurance of civil, structural, and architectural (CS&A) systems


Review and guide design outputs from consultants and internal teams

Ensure engineering solutions meet safety, compliance, and performance standards

Support technical integration across disciplines and through project phases

Respond to construction-phase technical queries and manage design changes
Prepare and review high-quality engineering documentation

Formal qualifications or training:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)

Experience delivering CS&A solutions in regulated sectors (e.g., nuclear, defence)

Strong knowledge of structural analysis tools and relevant design codes

+ Proven ability to manage design teams and interface with multiple stakeholders
