Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality in construction environments. This role is essential for supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Assist with the general labour tasks on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are stored correctly. Support tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks as required. Follow instructions from site supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Operate basic machinery or tools as needed, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Participate in site meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices.

Requirements

Valid CSCS card is essential for this position. Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols. Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and working on your feet for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors effectively. Pay: 17.50-26.00 per hour
