Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality in construction environments. This role is essential for supporting various construction activities and ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and keeping work areas tidy Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks as required Follow site safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor promptly

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential A valid CSCS card is required for this position Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction setting is preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively
