We are recruiting for an experienced
Labourer / Skilled Labourer
to join a busy construction team based in the Midlands. This role involvesmanual labour work
, primarily focused onremoving kitchens and bathrooms
in domestic properties within the insurance sector.This is a long-term, directly employed position offering regular work and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out manual labour tasks including the removal of kitchens, bathrooms, and associated fixtures Travel to and work at domestic properties across the Midlands Work safely and efficiently, following site health and safety procedures Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Requirements
Green CSCS card (or willing to obtain) Own transport required (car or preferably a van; van allowance provided) Previous experience in construction, refurbishment, or domestic labouring work CIS Registered Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good communication and reliability
Benefits
100 - 130 Mileage 28 days holiday including bank holidays 250 per month van allowance
