We are seeking a reliable and physically fit CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and smooth progress of projects. Duties
Assisting with general site clearance, including moving materials and debris
Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
Supporting tradespeople with their tasks as required
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Assisting with setting up scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures
Ensuring tools and equipment are stored securely when not in use
Following instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines efficiently
Experience
Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Valid CSCS card is preferable
Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
