Main Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls and recording customer contact
  • Recording repairs
  • Following up requests for work
  • Arranging appointments
  • Registering new housing applications
  • Accurate recording of customer details
Essential Criteria:
  • 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths (grade C or above)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • 1 year of administrative experience
