We're scaling fast, and with investment secured and revenue growing, we're looking for a

Head of Engineering / CTO

to architect our platform for scale, lead our small dev team, and bridge the gap between product, compliance, and commercial stakeholders for our client

Role Summary - Head of Engineering / CTO

As our Head of Engineering / CTO, you'll:

Lead the technical direction and scalable architecture of our platform Oversee the build of efficient internal systems and client-facing features Collaborate across product, compliance, and operations teams Engage directly with investors, clients, and senior leadership Build and grow our in-house engineering team (currently 1 engineer) Ensure systems are audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations

What You'll Bring:

Experience as a

CTO

or

Head of Engineering

in startup or regulated environments Strong engineering background (ideally with PHP/Symfony or similar) Proven leadership in scaling teams and systems Strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution Commercial awareness to align tech decisions with business growth Confidence communicating with clients, stakeholders, and investors
