This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, PE-backed business that is transforming the legal industry through cutting-edge technology and innovation.
As CTO, you will set and deliver the technology strategy, driving innovation and scalability across global operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a talented engineering and product team, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of legal tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the CTO to include:

• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with commercial and investor objectives.
• Oversee software development, architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation in AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance legal workflows.
• Build and scale a world-class technology team.
• Collaborate with private equity stakeholders to deliver growth and value creation plans.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory and security standards.

Requirements for the successful CTO to include:

• Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader within private equity is essential
• Strong track record in scaling technology platforms globally.
• Expertise in SaaS, cloud architecture, and enterprise-grade security.
• Commercial mindset with experience in investor relations and value creation.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
