Experience of working in a manufacturing kitchen is not essential so long as you are prepared to listen and learn. We are a process driven business so the ability to follow processes in place is critical.
We are a small business, so no one person can do one job! We all do what needs to be done! However, we are looking for someone who will predominantly be assisting with production of meals.
This is a responsible position and requires someone who is able to pay attention to detail, follow process and record documentation.
The ideal candidate would be sociable, friendly, have a good sense of humour and be not be afraid of hard work!
