WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will manage day to day operations ensuring a high-quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users.
Supporting the Operations Manager you will maximise income and provide the highest standards of customer care and experience.
You will support the Operations Manager to lead a team that is motivated, positive, customer focussed and that implements a can do culture contributing to the overall success of the service area and the organisation as a whole.
Acting as an advocate for cultural venues and programmes you will proactively encourage and support customers to enjoy a positive experience.
