We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful person to join our Culture, Libraries and Information team. In this varied role you will collaborate with the wider Culture team and a range of internal and external partners to design, deliver and evaluate projects that bring the Creu Conwy Cultural Strategy to life and advance its vision of: Culture creating the spark for economic growth, wellbeing and connection.
You will have proven experience of delivering a busy programme of grant-funded projects and a talent for building meaningful relationships with communities and stakeholders. Identifying local needs, bringing people and organisations together, and creating opportunities for collaboration will be central to this role.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
