We are looking for an
experienced Cup Machine Operator
to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must havehands-on experience operating cup production machines
, be able torun the machine independently
, andtroubleshoot and repair issues
when problems arise.Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor paper cup production machines from start to finish. Adjust machine settings and ensure smooth, continuous production. Diagnose and fix
mechanical and technical issues
during production. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and checks on the machines. Ensure product quality and minimize waste. Follow all health and safety regulations. Keep production running efficiently without interruptions.Requirements (Essential)
Proven experience as a cup machine operator
(mandatory). Strong knowledge of machine setup, adjustments, and tooling changes. Ability toidentify faults and carry out basic to intermediate repairs
. Technically skilled, responsible, and reliable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Looking for long-term employment.What We Offer
