The role:
Responsible for generating sales leads and prospects for new and pre-owned
vehicles.
You will be driven to deliver an exclusive and bespoke customer experience.
You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will apply a consistent sales process in order to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Identifying customer needs and requirements and making recommendations whilst guiding them through the sales process.
Working to agreed sales targets and following up customer leads.
To be successful for the position you will:
Demonstrate previous experience providing fantastic customer service.
Be able to listen attentively so to understand customer needs
Have an approachable manner
Ideally have a proven track record within a sales environment for both new and used vehicles.
Have a passion for motor sport or the CUPRA brand.
Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills
Be able to work in a fast-paced customer facing role
Have experience in a highly focused and controlled sales process.
