Curriculum Administration Team Leader Salary Range \xc2\xa325,853 - \xc2\xa330,441 Permanent position, 37 hours per week X 52 weeks per year As Curriculum Administration Team Leader, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be managing a brand-new, close-knit team of support administrators as part of a fresh reshaping for the college. Looking after curriculum clusters, your team will support the entire student journey from initial enrolment to certificates & progression. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be in a fast-paced environment, responsible for delivering a proactive administrative function to your allocated departments. This is the perfect role if you\xe2\x80\x99re an experienced administrator who\xe2\x80\x99s ready to take a step up and build your people management and leadership skills, or are already in a management role and want the challenge of developing and supporting a brand-new team. Our students are at the heart of everything we do. As part of the role, you will be working on everything from organising trips & residentials, to providing support for open days and exams. Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a skilled administration team within a fast-paced curriculum environment
  • Developing your team\'s skills and working practices as part of a brand-new structure
  • Supporting the Administrative Services Manager to develop a rolling training plan
  • Engaging in a professional training plan to develop your leadership skills
  • Championing our commitment to putting students first
