We're looking for an experienced teacher who is....

positive, supportive and passionate, with a can-do attitude approachable, enabling growth in individuals to be confident in making the right decisions experienced within the delivery of Functional Skills Maths and/or English experienced in leading a team able to lead by example both in actions and personal development

What you'll be doing...

leading a team of teachers to deliver high quality education to our learners working across college sites in a number of varied and diverse locations measuring the performance and effectiveness of the curriculum monitoring, tracking and ensuring the continued success and achievement rates of our Functional Skills learners delivering sessions within your subject of expertise supporting, training and mentoring teachers to achieve and maintain our high quality provision and approach leading staff through External Verification processes for Functional Skills
