with a Level 3 Child Care qualification to lead and develop our early years curriculum. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, planning, and delivery of the early years curriculum.
Support and mentor nursery staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
Observe, assess, and track children's progress to ensure learning outcomes are met.
Maintain compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external professionals to enhance the learning environment.
Promote a stimulating, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages children's development.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Level 3 Child Care qualification required.
Proven experience in a leadership or curriculum development role in early years education.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team of childcare practitioners.
Passionate about early years education and child development.
